Richard Engel is our Founder.  Richard recently retired from a major Automotive Manufacturer after over 39 years of service.  He has been qualifying new and retooled production equipment for  Powertrain programs for over 30 years and has been instrumental in the writing of procedures for qualification of Machines and Gages for over 20 years.  Richard has deployed Statistical tools in over 40 sites worldwide and is a global expert in Machine and Gage Qualification, Ongoing Capability Analysis and Shop Floor Reporting Systems.  

 
 

Richard is a 1975 Graduate of General Motors Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and was a member of the Management Honor Society.  Richard holds 2 patents.  During his automotive career he held jobs as Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, General Supervisor of Quality, Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Manufacturing Engineer and a variety of Management positions.  He  purchased, installed and qualified new lines in a variety of facilities. Richard understands all aspects of the manufacturing world and is prepared to share that experience with you.
